Casulo is a UK-based sustainable tech accessories brand founded in 2020. We make biodegradable phone cases and vegan leather Apple Watch bands for people who want stylish, well-made accessories that don't cost the planet.

The name comes from the Portuguese word for cocoon — casulo — a natural structure that protects without leaving a trace. That's exactly what we set out to build.

What We Make

Biodegradable Phone Cases Cases for the latest iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models, made from a blend of PBAT/PLA bioplastic and bamboo fibre. Printed with water-based, non-toxic inks free of phthalates, BPA, and cadmium. Priced from £26.90.

Vegan Leather Apple Watch Bands Cruelty-free, water-resistant bands in 38/40/41mm and 42/44/45mm. The same quality and finish as leather — without the animal cost. Priced at £36.90.

What Makes Us Different

The materials are genuinely biodegradable. Our cases are made from PBAT/PLA bioplastic blended with bamboo fibre, not petroleum-based plastic. In a home compost environment, they fully biodegrade in approximately six months, leaving no toxic residue behind. A conventional plastic phone case can take over 400 years to decompose in landfill.

Everything is made to order. Nothing is manufactured until you place an order. No excess inventory, no unsold stock, no waste.

Production is local to you. We have production centres in the UK, United States, European Union, Australia, and South Korea. Your order ships from the hub closest to you, significantly reducing transport emissions compared to brands that manufacture centrally overseas.
