Product Warranty

At Casulo, we believe in the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty on all our items. If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To ensure a smooth process, please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving your product. Please refrain from attempting to fix the product yourself, as it may cause further damage. We recommend cleaning your products only with a dry cloth to preserve their integrity. Any damage resulting from the use of abrasive products is not covered by the warranty.

Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Casulo purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that exchanges will only be accepted if the product is faulty. To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and make sure the item is dispatched back within 14 days.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Products must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only..
