Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s what to do:

  • Submit a Request: Email us at hello@casulo.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and details of the return.

  • Condition of Item: Ensure the product is unused and returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Casulo product. If you need to exchange your item, we’re happy to assist under the conditions below:

  • Exchange Request: Contact us at hello@casulo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Model Ordered

If the exchange is requested because:

  • you changed your mind, or

  • you ordered the wrong phone model, size, or style,

the customer is responsible for:

  • the return shipping costs, and

  • the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will process and dispatch the replacement after the additional shipping cost has been paid.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund (subject to our refunds policy below) or wait for restocking.

Refunds Policy

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us at hello@casulo.com for assistance.

Faulty or Damaged Items

At Casulo, we take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@casulo.com with:

  • Your order number;

  • Clear photos of the issue;

  • A brief description of the problem.

We’ll resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.

Casulo also offers a Lifetime Warranty for faulty products. If a defect occurs at any point during the life of the product, simply contact us and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
